He can't change the rules of the question now, so it's pretty obvious that it will become "No" as beta releases shouldn't count because it will not be upgraded for the majority of people using iPhones and the way the question/market is structured represents a general release.

Does it count beta OS? The general release of iOS 18 is probably going to be around September.

Why July 1? New Siri would likely be tied to an iOS or MacOS release cycle, so mid-September at the earliest would be my expectation.

Running Siri as an LLM would be extraordinarily expensive.
