What else have you tried?
Biased personal ~advice: Adderall works well for me (and Ritalin and Vyvanse do not) so I'd recommend trying that if you haven't. I also have various opinions about how to take Adderall that I can share if that's useful.
@tcheasdfjkl I'm interested in your various opinions (dexamphetamine, not Adderall, but I'm sure some opinions translate well). Be grateful if you shared!
