If @JCDM demotes from whichever league they’re in the same season Jimmy Carter dies or the following season, this market resolves YES. Else, this market resolves NO.

Note : there are rumors about huge changes on Manifold, expected this month (April 2024). If something about leagues significantly changes, I may change resolution criteria to preserve the spirit of this market. I will not bet on this market until one of the following events happen :

• The changes are announced, I either change the criteria or state I don’t change them, and I wait a 24hrs delay before my first bet here.
