The outcome will be selected based on whether West's name is actually on the ballot, per the state Secretary of State. The market will resolve to yes if his name is printed on the ballot, regardless of which party or affiliation it's under.
The nomination petition may be signed by any registered Arizona voter.19 The requisite minimum number of signatures is 3% of registered voters in the state, based on voter registration statistics as of January 2, 2024. 20 Until that number is available, the latest voter registration statistics may be used as a guideline.
