YES

The Oregon Rebate is a proposed Oregon ballot measure that would:

  1. Remove the $100,000 cap on the minimum corporate tax

  2. Impose an additional minimum corporate tax of 3% for firms with Oregon sales above $25 million

  3. Distribute the revenue generated by (1) and (2) equally among Oregon residents (estimated $750 per year)

To qualify for the November 2024 ballot, it needs 117,173 valid signatures by July 5. As of January 30, the campaign has submitted 56,845 signatures (49%; ht @LukasDay).

This will resolve YES if the Oregon Secretary of State certifies that the Oregon Rebate has qualified for the November 2024 ballot.

Everything that I’m seeing is saying this measure if already on the ballot. Ballotpedia thinks it is, local news thinks it is. But I can’t find a record of the Sec. State. saying it is.

I think this should be resolvable now.

@mods the similarly tagged market (below) resolved earlier this month (plus my tagged proof).

I made a similar market last month. Curious to see how these odds compare.

predicted YES

@LukasDay Ah sorry I assumed it was niche enough, should have searched! Good to know about the SOS page for it, I've updated the description with that link.
