This question resolves to YES if Stacey Abrams wins the Georgia governor's race. I'll call this if multiple major news organizations call the race for her and it appears as though there is no realistic path for Kemp to challenge the results. In the event of a contentious vote counting and/or litigation process by one of the candidates, I will hold off on resolving until the winner is clear.
