In CFPB v Community Financial Services, the 5th Circuit ruled that the CFPB's funding structure violates the Constitution. The Supreme Court granted cert.
Resolves "yes" if the Supreme Court makes any ruling that upholds the constitutionality of the CFPB, "no" otherwise.
Will resolve within 1 week of ruling. Will close unresolved if the SCOTUS takes no substantive action before June 30 (which is very unlikely to occur).
