Imo a 33% chance Matt Darling is the neoliberal shill of the year, 33% chance he isn’t, 33% chance the bracket gets cancelled

Imagine that there are three shills that are neck-in-neck, then the prob should be at least less then 33%. Do shills follow a power law? 

How could one man shill the most? Seems unlikely.
