I am "commuting" to my office in NYC tomorrow via UA 3537 (ETA 8:21am ET), taking the AirTrain to Penn Station, and then the 123. According to Google Transit, if I catch the 8:40 AirTrain I should arrive at 9:42.

Given all this info, how many full minutes before (negative) or after (positive) 10am ET will I walk in the first floor front door? If I arrive between 9:41:01 and 9:42:00 according to my phone, this market will resolve to -18.

I am a brisk walker, I'm travelling solo, I have no checked bag, and I plan to make no side stops (except maybe a bathroom). My phone, so far as I know, is using accurate GPS time.
