If not resolved by the end of 2023, will be resolved as NO. Twitter must not be available to download in the Apple App Store at any point between creation of this market and the end of 2023 to be resolved as YES. Cannot be due to technical error or server-side glitch, Apple must purposefuly and willingly remove Twitter as a selection from the Apple App Store for this market to be resolved as YES.
