Hmm. I am a newbie. I am in the market as described in the title, but am I to understand that it is standard for the market to resolve diametrically opposed to the title of the market? I would recommend clarifying your description: firstly because the title and description ask two different questions that have opposite YES/NO answers, and because nothing about the title indicates that flags must not be flying at half mast because of Trump personally, which is what the description is asking
@MingCat don't you have this backwards? Trump being unable to change would guarantee a resolve YES. The flags would stay at half mast per the description
