@MarkoSammul i get this as the baseline, except i'm not sure whether to use the open or the close at 12:00 PM UTC. Can you confirm which will be used? Thanks!

@deagol Usually, prediction markets default to the Close price for a given timestamp as it marks the finalized rate of that candle. However, it's best to specify this in the market resolution criteria to avoid any ambiguity
@MarkoSammul yes I get that the close is usually the reference, but the description here states 12:00 PM without any mention of candles/open/close, and I'm pretty sure that point in time should correspond to the close of the 11:59 AM candle. Now because >5 days have passed since I sampled the Yahoo chart, that starting point has rolled off the 5d chart and the 1-month chart doesn't have the granularity required to sample or verify that value, so I clicked on advanced chart, chose candles, and scrolled back to double check the value and I think the close of the 11:55 AM 5-minute candle should be the baseline, with a value of $76,709.62. This value also matches the close of the 1-min candle at 11:59 AM, or the close of the 11;30 AM 30-min candle (screenshot), and so forth.

In any case, it's your market so you should decide on the baseline value and update the description where it says "To be recorded by the creator"
