Resolution Criteria:

• The official announcement of building a new factory should have come after April 21, 2024. (Indian Standard Time in case of discrepancy)

• It doesn't matter what the factory produces. (i.e. cars, battery, other parts)

• If Tesla announces more than one factory in different countries at the same time, the market will resolve in favour of the first operational factory. Otherwise, the market will resolve in favour of the country for which the announcement was made first.

• It does not matter if the country already has an operational Tesla factory.

• Duplicates will be resolved as N/A.
