Resolution Criteria:
The official announcement of building a new factory should have come after April 21, 2024. (Indian Standard Time in case of discrepancy)
It doesn't matter what the factory produces. (i.e. cars, battery, other parts)
If Tesla announces more than one factory in different countries at the same time, the market will resolve in favour of the first operational factory. Otherwise, the market will resolve in favour of the country for which the announcement was made first.
It does not matter if the country already has an operational Tesla factory.
Duplicates will be resolved as N/A.

However it is possible there are other minor buildings for batteries / solar or something I have missed. I think building extensions may have happened or are at least possibilities but I assume these wouldn't count, needing to be a complete, new (to Tesla), building.

No, that’s just the little advanced technology fab, where we will be iterating on chip designs. We couldn’t possibly fit the Terafab on the GigaTexas campus. It will be far bigger than everything else combined there. Several locations for Terafab are under consideration. It needs thousands of acres and over 10GW of power at full scale.
