This market shall resolve to Yes in the event that Kash Patel resigns from, is removed from, or otherwise vacates, the office of Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, prior to the End Date listed below.

A circumstance in which Mr. Patel is temporarily suspended or is provisionally suspended pending a legal outcome shall not be sufficient to resolve this market to Yes. Any resignation or removal that is not effective as of the End Date shall not be sufficient to cause this market to resolve to Yes.

PredictIt’s decisions and determinations under this rule shall be at PredictIt’s sole discretion and shall be final.
