@PartiallyTyped No because "Twitter as it currently exists" means the ability to tweet 280 characters, "Twitter Blue" is the new Twitter and means the ability to post longer tweets.
for non insignificant number of people their capacity to use twitter as it currently exists ceased as their verification mark was removed and they now have to pay for it to get it. However, I do concede that that is not the average case and “as it currently is” should only be concerned with the average features. .
