@MP This was officially part of the state funeral, which si the language you used in the description and title, so imo it should clearly resolve Yes. Wikipedia also uses state funeral to include the event should gave a eulogy at. I think it's fair to default to your intended interpertation when there's a reasonable amount of ambiguity (or when you clarify before the event happens) but in this particular case I don't think there is tbh.
