Starting July 3 with an urn containing one green ball and one red ball, I will use @FairlyRandom to draw one ball uniformly at random from the urn. If it is green (1), "July 3" will resolve as YES, if it is red (2), "July 3" will resolve as NO. The ball is then returned in the urn, and an additional ball of the same color is added to the urn. So, on July 4, there are three balls in the urn, and so on.
Resolution criteria so far:

2: red - NO
3: red - NO
4: red - NO
5: red - NO
6: red - NO
7: red - NO
8: green - YES
9: red - NO
10: green - YES
11: green - YES
12: green - YES
13: green - YES
14: red - NO
15: red - NO
I will aim to resolve each option between 11:00 UTC and 21:00 UTC on the specified day. I might run some tests and will give a heads-up in the comments.
