San Francisco lawmakers are considering rolling back Chapter 12X, a section of the San Francisco Administrative Code that prohibits city contracts or employee travel to 30 states that passed laws limiting LGBTQ, rights, abortion, and voting.

This market resolves to YES if Chapter 12X is fully repealed by 2023-09-30 11:59pm (Pacific time).

Resolution date and the date in the title are different?

Also can this resolve YES since the vote to repeal passed, or does some other action need to happen?

predicted YES

@Lily Difference in dates was an oversight on my part. Should be 2023-09-30 in the title (matching description and resolution date).

The legislation was passed on second reading by the Board of Supervisors on 2023-05-05 and was approved by the Mayor on 2023-05-09. I will resolve this to YES.
