Resolution Criteria:

Resolve YES if NVIDIA reports total revenue strictly greater than $92.0 billion for its second quarter of fiscal year 2027, scheduled to be reported on August 26, 2026.

Resolve NO if NVIDIA reports total revenue of $92.0 billion or less.

The figure used for resolution will be NVIDIA’s officially reported GAAP total revenue for Q2 FY2027, as published in the company’s earnings release or official investor-relations materials.

Analyst estimates, adjusted figures, segment revenue, guidance for future quarters, or preliminary reports do not count.

If NVIDIA materially delays the earnings release, the market will remain open for resolution based on the subsequently published Q2 FY2027 results.
