Given the realty information out there on other sites, the only price appears to be exactly a quarter million. Unless one of these sites updates to a higher price, this market will resolve as NO.

Weirdly the RedFin link appears to no longer work. Here's the Zillow link: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/Nna-Loffs-Bay-Worley-ID-83876/2056261259_zpid/

Says sold 9/22/23 but there is no public price. May have to resolve N/A, will keep market open for a bit.

@LukeW Wasn't it sold for the price that shows under "pending sale"? I think that event is the deal being agreed to between the seller and the buyer, and "sale" is just when it's confirmed

@Shump not necessarily, sometimes after a tentative deal is reached there are addendums that change the final sale price (e.g. if something comes up on a inspection and the deal was pending inspection)

RedFin doesn't report sale value, does it?

@KevinLobLaw It does eventually some time after closing. But the period from when a house gets taken off the market with an accepted offer (pending state) till closing can be a while. Even a couple months.

House is pending.
