David challenged me for a little friendly competition, so I am making it a public market and I will bet on myself (i.e., on the YES) with a 4k limit order at 50%

I do want to thank @dlin007 for the challenge. This really pushed me these last few days! My main goal (5m for 2024) is now easily in reach as well whereas at the start of the month, it was doable, but hard!
@LuisPedroCoelho jeez, that is a lot of steps. so even my planned 75k steps catchup strategy might have failed. GG
My final step count for November is 462,269 which likely resolves YES in this market. I thought I had an ace up my sleeve by planning 3 25k days to end the month but in the end I was too fatigued and semi burnt out to walk that much. Congrats @LuisPedroCoelho !
After 26 days, total: 422,714
A bit of travel today and tomorrow is a high variance event (if I have free time for running/exploring, maybe the number of steps will be higher than usual; if not then it will be lower than usual and I will have to make it up extra hard on the last 2 days).
I will publish the final tally on the 1st of December!

final update from me until the new month...with 4 days to go i'm at ~406k steps. next update as agreed with @LuisPedroCoelho is sometime on 1st Dec when the market will resolve
At the end of 20 days, keeping pace with @dlin007 (314,042 steps). Rain on the 19th made it a slow day, but now forecast is that it'll get better.
After 20 days, I'm at ~310k steps and gathering momentum.
at the end of day 17, I'm now at 260k steps...500k might be slipping out of reach but i will make a strong push
@LuisPedroCoelho I had a terrible last 2 days so it's quite likely at the end of today we'll be on par or you'll be slightly ahead - still only at 213k steps as of yesterday
@LuisPedroCoelho You can see the period when I was in Sydney (3-7 Nov) and did not get that many steps in

I’m loving the return of the steps-walked markets. FUH’s epic about a year ago remains one of my favorite markets of all time, and it’s nice to now see some similarly ambitious challenges.
