This market resolves to YES if TikTok (either in its current form or as a US-owned version) remains available and functional for US users through December 31, 2025. It resolves to NO if TikTok is completely banned or shut down in the US before this date.
Resolution criteria:
YES: TikTok app is available in US app stores and functional for US users on December 31, 2025
NO: TikTok is completely banned or unavailable to US users on December 31, 2025
N/A: If TikTok undergoes a name change but remains essentially the same service under different ownership
