Suppose requirements become stricter (diagnosis/more intense screening), medicaid/insurance coverage ceases or adds stricter screening requirements without a full ban, individual providers cease operation while others remain, or quasi-logistic issues make it more difficult to find due to cross-state policy issues.

Do each of these count?

I guess the screening ones may not directly result in an interruption depending on if you pass it, but might require additional appointment(s).

It seems like denying a trans person access to their prescription for HRT is currently illegal in Michigan, and hopefully it stays that way.
