Resolves YES if he posts or reposts this mug shot (not exactly the same picture with the text, just the same photo, can be photoshopped etc.) on August 24th 2025 (any timezone in the entire world) on X. Doesn't have to include the phrase "mug shot" or "anniversary" or any text.

Everything that appears on the post page, including later deleted posts, reposts and reposted answers, are sufficient. Regular answers, likes, etc., do not count.

Resolves NO otherwise.

Name changes won't effect the question, neither a renaming of X or his account. A new account like @POTUS won't resolve this question.
