Harris must be directly named. For example, if the Person of the Year is "Kamala Harris and Tim Walz", then this market will resolve to YES. If, however, the Person of the Year is "All strong black women", then this market resolves to NO.
If Harris is not the elected president, this market will be resolved as N/A. If she is elected, this market will be renamed to "Will Kamala Harris be the the TIME 2024 Person of the Year?".
The close date of this market will be rescheduled to the evening before the Time magazine publishes the name of the Person of the Year (POTY).
