The UK passed a law a few years ago that made all recreational drugs illegal except alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine, regardless of harm, or lack of it. This was stupid in the other direction. I find it telling that successive conservative governments have had zero commitment to try and stamp out deadly recreational drug use, it's only when one seems not that bad that they freak out.

There are not really 829 trades here, as nearly all of them are "ray" the bot, that seems to have gone wrong earlier today, but now seems fixed.
