Resolution criteria
This market will resolve to YES if, at any point between August 15, 2026, and December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM JST, Yuzuki Roa (夢月ロア) officially makes a comeback.
A "comeback" is defined by meeting any of the following objective criteria:
Conducting a live stream (excluding accidental/test streams immediately deleted) on her official YouTube channel: 夢月ロア / Yuzuki Roa.
Uploading a new video (excluding automated system uploads, standard automated birthday goods promotions, or old privatized VODs being restored) on her official YouTube channel.
An official announcement by ANYCOLOR Inc. (via their corporate newsroom or the official Nijisanji Japanese X account) or Yuzuki Roa herself (via her official X account) explicitly confirming she has resumed or is immediately resuming regular streaming or content creation activities.
If none of these conditions are met by the deadline, or if her graduation/retirement is announced without a prior stream or video upload, this market will resolve to NO.
Background
In October 2020, popular Nijisanji VTuber Yuzuki Roa entered an indefinite hiatus following an intense harassment campaign. This was triggered by accusations spread by external streamer Narukami Sabaki (鳴神裁), who claimed Roa had bullied and harassed fellow Nijisanji liver Kingyozaka Meiro, leading to the latter's contract termination.
Following a legal battle lasting over five and a half years, ANYCOLOR and Yuzuki Roa announced on August 13, 2026, that a court settlement had been reached. The settlement legally confirmed that all allegations of bullying and harassment against Yuzuki Roa were entirely false and fabricated, with the defendant issuing a formal apology. Following the announcement, Roa posted her first personal update on X since 2021, sparking major speculation among fans about her potential return to VTubing.
