I am a serial lesson-taker for active things/weird skills. I don't really do anything with the skills afterwards except slowly forget them. I am looking for my next class. Please suggest things! Whichever class gets the most votes I will take, as long as it is possible to take this class near me (I live in Berkeley, CA).
If I have already taken the class or it is not possible I will resolve it N/A. I also have a knee injury and I can't do sports that involve a lot of jumping and/or running anymore. Any sports that I cannot do will resolve N/A as well.
Also, I'm vegan so no like 'hunting' or 'animal skinning' classes please. Human death-related activities are fine (within reason). I have dissected a human brain with no issues.
Here is a list of things I have already taken lessons in, in order of how much I enjoyed them:
Aerial silks
Pole dancing
Yoga
Fire poi
Sailing (Bytes and Lasers)
Parkour
Calisthenics
Swedish Massage

Here is a list of lessons that I enjoyed less but still glad I tried:
Kayaking
Stand up paddle board yoga
BMX
Belly dancing
Pilates
Self Defense

Unfortunately I didn't get to everything because some were prohibitively expensive and/or the schedule didn't work for me.
Bungee fitness was the most fun but too expensive to keep doing.
The real answer is that I've now taken up hip hop dance as my new hobby but that didn't end up on the list so I can't resolve it to that :(
