Current pr 180 kg which moved reasonably well. Running 531 deadlifting 1-2 times per week. Weight pretty stable around 80 kg. I will comment my top sets each deadlift session to partially use this as a training log.
Max 1x170 yesterday. Foot still not 100%. I'm travelling 3rd till 22nd Dec so seems unlikely at this point. Holding a few yes as motivation.
Max of 1 x 170. Kinda disappointed, but had very little sleep last night. Think the odds drop a bit, maybe closer to 40. Travelling the first 2 weeks of Dec, + jet lag. Time for good sessions running out. I will sell down a bit tomorrow give the other traders time to react.
Foot injury from sports... no break suspected but puts training on hold for a few weeks. Possibly drops the odds a bit but I'm not gonna sell, 60 feels about right
Got greedy and went off program so missed on 200kg today just straight going for it. 180 moved well warming up.
190 kg for a PR today, with reps at 172 and 185 as well. Backing myself here, it's only August and I'm locked in. Lots of alpha buying the yes I'd say.
