if humanity is more or less one big union in the year 2400, what percentage of a random sample of humanity will on average respond that they believe their consent was egregiously violated by new technology in the process?

100% violated = we are the borg resistance is futile, but at least we have the good sense to know it and admit it readily

50% violated = imperialism didn't go away quickly enough or something

0.1% violated = okay that seems like a plausible near-utopia

0.01% violated = alright yeah that seems like it could happen
0.00001% violated = either utopia or intense dystopia; latter obviously more likely - they're probably answering dishonestly

excessively far future market, might delete later,

clarifying "consent violated": like, is their participation in the one big union/hivemind/society forceful. eg, likely to get >50% bad (yes) on this market outcomes look like the borg (trek), the combine (hl), the replicators (gate), the matrix, etc.

also, here's to hoping that any path to such an outcome results in it being an egalitarian, free voluntarist labor-free union of caring, as in star trek or the culture series!

I will decide by three years from now whether I'm in it for the long haul. If I am, I'll poll people every ten years until resolve date and do an average of number of people. If the condition has incredibly obviously occurred (such as we are all uploaded and hiveminded and living in a dyson swarm in the year 2050) then I'll do a final poll and resolve early.
