This market resolves YES if a Level 1 circuit breaker (7% drop in S&P 500 in a single day) is triggered on the New York Stock Exchange at least once between market creation and December 31, 2025.

A Level 1 circuit breaker halts trading for 15 minutes when the S&P 500 drops 7% from the previous day's close (before 3:25 PM EST).

Resolution will be based on official NYSE announcements and financial news reports.
