If it's anywhere from [80,90), resolves yes. (Otherwise, no) (maybe n/a if something really weird happens)
I believe there is a decent chance for two reasons:
1) the test has been increasing in difficulty, meaning that the cutoff gets lower and lower each year (it was 91.5 last year iirc)
2) there were leaks, and thus it would be really disadvantageous to the honorable students if the MAA kept the percentile at top ~8%, so I think they'll be more lenient with the cutoff. (Note that, if they aren't, we should expect a higher cutoff)
