These will resolve yes(n) if Robin ever bets them up. Any mana for "yes" counts. Since they can't resolve immediately, their resolution will be postponed until final closing date. On closing, it will resolve "yes" with a n% likelihood (determined by a random number). N defined at time Robin places bet.

Until then, they will sit at n% and fuel rewards to users that add options that have likelihoods of above n% until he eventually marks them as valuable.

N increases with time.

N = number of days this prediction has been listed.
