I will close this set of questions the day before the finale is broadcast on Nebula, and will not resolve until it has been shown on YouTube. Obviously information will have been transferred in many markets before then, so participate at your own risk of spoilers.

In general, events must appear on screen to count. If footage or audio is lost but the episode still confirms it took place and mattered that would count, but referring to something happening in a way that makes it clear not showing it was an editorial choice would not count.
In this context, physical location or mode of transport always matters.
Things we see or hear during the 'outro' where the producers talk directly to camera in a studio setting do not count, unless specified.
Likewise anything shown in an outtakes episode.

@HagenSeah Now that the series has concluded on Youtube I'm rewatching before resolving the rest of the questions. Rest assured that they will all be finished long before the next season.
@HagenSeah Fuji hasn't been resolved yet. Unless I'm mistaken, Adam and Tom didn't go to Tokyo during game time, since their route went to the west instead?
@HagenSeah The statement "an athlete doesn't visit tokyo during the game" is true, and "an athlete does visit tokyo in the game" is also true. I think the market was pretty ambiguous with the wording, though I kind of feel like this specific wording should resolve to YES. Maybe the spirit of the question implies it should have resolved NO
@Kraalnaxx It is mentioned in the Layover episode that Ben and Sam do not get a clear view of Mount Fuji in the video when passing through Tokyo. Since Adam and Tom do not pass Mount Fuji, we do not see Mount Fuji at any point during the season.
@BradyRy5E well the wording of the statement is very ambiguous I agree, though I did not consider that the negative of the statement would mean that "All athletes visited Tokyo". I think that's an uncharitable reading of the negative, given that the spirit of the question implies that the answer should be resolved to NO. Again, I guess it is up to interpretation, but I feel like if that's your interpretation of the wording, the statement should be nullified since both the statement and the negation are true.
@HagenSeah This wording was intentional, it was meant to describe a world where at least one team had a route that did not go through Tokyo, which is what happened. "An athlete doesn't visit Tokyo" and "An athlete visits Tokyo" (if that question was ever created) would both resolve YES.
