If you have not played either The Resistance or Avalon they are worth checking out. They are boardgame variations of mafia/wearwolf/etc. where a 'good' team and a 'traitor' team have opposing goals. The Resistance is a base game with multiple expansions, and Avalon is a repackaged version that has the same elements as the base game and some expansions in a single box, and re-themed as a medieval quest.
I don’t like mafia. It is designed to make a blind guess.
Resistance looks like a Secret Hitler. Not fresh for me.
Boardgame: Innovation: a card-based directed nomic, where players place and enact a series of rather chaotic rules. Each turn you do two of either 1. draw a new card 2. place a new rule on the board 3. enact a rule, or 4. score a point. Strong attack dynamics, lots of strategy, strong growth of resources, and multiple paths to winning. Highly recommended. (I know this sounds like Flux, but this is much better, much more engaging, and takes more strategy).
Boardgame (card game): Ohanami: a very simple and quick-to-learn, quick-to-play logic and strategy game. Cards are numbered from 1 to 120, players take turns drafting and placing cards in a simple limiting system, and the type of cards played gives you your score, with changes in value each round. Satisfying, complex enough to be engaging and have replayability, but simple enough that it can be an easy learn for new players and fast enough that it can fill in the gaps in a game night.
Boardgame (card game): Hanabi: a simple cooperative card game where the main twist is that you can't see your own hand, but can see everyone else's. Each player holds their hand face out, and players must use deduction to determine what card to play from their hand. Everyone wins or loses jointly. Good game, but does require smart and motivated players.
You could have a look at Return of the Obra Dinn. It's a first-person mystery adventure with a strong emphasis on deduction and piecing together complex stories from minimal clues, much like a puzzle in narrative form.
