Resolves YES if he is the first car to cross the finish line at the end of the first racing lap of the race. If the race is red or yellow flagged during that lap I will use my discretion but if he makes a clean move to take the lead I will l probably resolve YES, and if a yellow flag prevents overtaking I will still resolve NO.

"First racing lap" rules out laps under the safety car, or if they do a second formation lap or whatever
