In the last 24 hours he has quit Shark Tank and the Mavericks. One reason to do this would be to get out ahead of a scandal or embarrassing story.

I will be the judge of if a story is embarrassing - it must be sufficiently damaging to justify the team sale not just “faved an embarrassing Tweet” or something.

Charging document in state/federal court also counts. An embarrassing story about a relative or employee would count if it was very serious and reflected badly on him. A health based story (Cuban has cancer/AIDS/whatever) would resolve NO. Will resolve based on publication date of the story.

I will not bet since this seems sufficiently opinion based.
