Resolves TRUE if at the end of the 2023 MLB regular season the total number of clock violations by pitchers, catchers and batters is more than or equal to the number of games played, across the entire league.

See e.g "less than one per game" here. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/mlb/2023/04/03/mlb-pitch-clock-violations-average-time-new-rules-opening-week/11591691002/#

I found two sources that both state the total number of these violations:

https://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/sports/national/story/2023-10-03/2023-mlb-pitch-clock-shift-violations

https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/leaderboard/pitch-timer-violations

It's possible the 2nd source used the playoffs and the other one did not, as its figures are a little higher.

Regardless, there are 2430 games in the regular season, it's obviously less than 1 per game, the sum is only around 1050 to 1100.

@KevinBurke
First source: 0.448 Per Game (Excluding Defensive Shifts From The Chart)
Second source: 0.441 Per Game (Excluding Defensive Shifts From The Chart)

Is "number of games played" meaning the 162 a team plays in a season or the total MLB as a whole plays which is 2,430?

@SirCryptomind MLB as a whole

@KevinBurke Makes sense. Thanks for the clarification.
