Resolved
NO

This market will resolve YES if FAA advisories indicate a cumulative ground stop or total airport closure (excepting emergencies) time of 1 hour at airport code SAN from Saturday Aug 19 at 12:01 AM to Wednesday 11:59 PM (US Pacific time).

Some current advisories can be seen on the National Aerospace System Status page. An example of a 83 minute (1607Z to 1730Z) ground stop advisory for Miami airport is:

Seems very likely to resolve NO but in accordance with the original description I’ll leave this open until Wednesday night. Lots of water draining from the mountains so the major remaining YES outcome I could imagine would be a city infrastructure failure causing an airport closure.

I'm getting out of my YES position - I live by the airport and while there have been a few go-arounds due to visibility, there's hardly any wind and the rain is just a soaking drizzle.
