This year, I’ve read 29 books. I was well on my way to getting to 30 easily, since I had picked up a short book that I thought was interesting. However, since I’ve been playing The Witcher 3 it got me into a fantasy kick, so I put that book down and picked up a Brandon Sanderson book. Now the question is… will I finish it before the end of the year?

For additional context: the book is Tress of the Emerald Sea, I started reading it today, the day this question is posted, and I will be traveling/on vacation for about a week and a half later this month (on planes and a long car ride)
