Resolves NO by default unless Trump says or posts something that diminishes Dolly Parton. Does not need to be a gross insult, even saying she was'nt as great as people think, would count. I think anything Trump says or posts on the subject of Dolly Parton will be inherently newsworthy, but since there is some judgement on my part as what diminishes Dolly, just as all my recent markets, I will not be betting, and even the initial percentage will be 50.
