This will resolve NO by default, but I will be quite permissive on a YES resolution. Any non parody site with moderate record of reliable reporting of non-contentious news will suffice. Similarly does not have to be Linda McMahon approved or the like, actual teaching going on will be key to a YES resolution. 

A N/A resolution would be triggered if someone documents (links) that that had happened in the last 10 years before market creation, otherwise the market shall be about a modern occurrence/recurrence.
