Finnish government falls by failing to get a simple majority of parliament votes after either a government formal statement of notice or within 15 days of having recieved an interpellation from at least 20 members of parliament. It also falls if after being informed with justification by the prime minister that the government doesn't have a viable avenue of going forth and after consulting the parliamentary groups, the president declares a premature election for the Finnish parliament.
