Resolution criteria. Resolves based both DJT and Daniel Lurie still being in office, and there being federalized troops deployed in San Francisco for over three weeks without legal challenge from the mayor.

Resolves immediately if Daniel Lurie invites Trump to send them or declares explicitly that he allows the deployment. Does not resolve YES if Daniel Lurie himself calls the National Guard on his own initiative.

Resolves NO, immediately on either leaving office, and the resolution criteria for YES not having obtained, with the reservation that a YES resolution is possible for deployments that had started before said leaving office. However Lurie resigning instead of letting federalized troops deploy on his watch unopposed, counts as a NO.
