I'm a bit at a loss - I hadn't considered a suspension, and it doesn't map comfortably onto the wording of the question

@JoshuaWilkes I think there are two options.

a) if he is still suspended on October 1st, wait until the disciplinary procedures are completed and resolve according to the result

b) if he is still suspended on October 1st, resolve NA

@JoshuaWilkes would like to hear from bettors which is more faithful to the question

predictedYES

@JoshuaWilkes If I understand correctly, he is still the President of the Spanish FA. FIFA can't remove him from that role (or if they can, they haven't done so), but they can suspend him from football related activities.

The analogy if he was a player would be a situation where one of the footballing authorities banned a player for a set amount of time. That footballer is still under contract with that club and they haven't lost their job but they're not allowed to play football.

predictedYES

(That said, I have a pretty small stake in this market and I think he will lose his job anyway. So I'll happily respect your judgement if you want to resolve this as N/A or NO!)

@JoshuaWilkes suspension does not mean he does not have the job, in my opinion. Happy that this is in conflict with my own interest as a NO-holder.

@JoshuaWilkes apologies everyone for delayed response.

After consideration, and especially since people don't have strong opinions, I will choose option (a), largely because I hate killing markets with NA.

I will update the description tomorrow, and maybe make some more markets that better fit the situation.

He's doubling down and now he's going to try to use his power and money to sue his victim for daring to speak out:

The Spanish FA seems to be willing to destroy their reputation and their sport to protect him. I'm betting YES because the odds are so low on this market, but I'm hoping to lose that Mana!
