Just to reassure people that we are still waiting for official confirmation

@MarcusAbramovitch please at least ping me before resolving a market I created.

Even though this has 19 participants, no-one has asked for it to be resolved yet. I assume that this is because, like me, they are waiting for the results of the election to be announced. Obviously I appreciate that everyone 'knows' Prabowo has won and that is why I won't unresolve this, but I'd like to note that from my perspective this has been prematurely resolved and I think there should be more attempt to avoid that.
