At any point in the year 2023, will twitter.com redirect to x.com, rather than the other way around?
Twitter.com still goes to twitter.com for me, while x.com redirects to twitter.com. I haven't heard anything about it being the other way around on difference devices or browsers.
@EliTyre Hm, I think it would still count, as long as it's a browser or device that's actually used by a significant chunk of people. Maybe I should say something like, "If it redirects on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari"?

@RobinBruce There is a difference. I would still count it even if the change was quickly reverted, since my description says, "At any point in the year 2023".
@JosephNoonan Fair - would be unambiguous if your title were “during 2023” rather than “by the end of the year”
