Resolves % to the first year in the 21st century when the word is considered offensive as determined by a poll of manifold users. Anyone can nominate a word for resolution by posting a poll in the comments here. The poll should be "Is the word X generally considered offensive?" with Yes/No options. If a majority of poll respondents say YES, then it resolves PROB to the last two digits of the year when the poll was conducted.
