I think this is a done deal for "no" at this point.

I quit this market for now because I need to think about it more. With Feb at $363k, seasonality increasing prices, and rising interest rates causing prices to fall, I'm not sure where it will end up. It could be pretty close to $365k for April 2023.

I'm buying more yes because interest rates are likely to go up more.
